On our website you'll find a TON of information about the awesome bands that we proudly represent. For pricing and availability or to simply discuss which of our bands might be the best fit for your engagement, please complete our Creative Request Form to provide some basic information about your event plans and expectations (general response within 24 hours). Once an adequate quote is agreed upon between both parties, we then proceed to emailing you an official invoice with the agreed upon amount of which also contains deposit stipulation. In most cases, bookings require a 50% advance deposit. methods of payment include but are not limited to the following... Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Debit Card, & Cash. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Yes!!! Discounts are a major perk to utilizing our services. Discounts can range from equipment rental (PA, backline, lighting, etc.) to booking packages (multiple acts [artist #2 + artist #7] and/or multiple dates [2/14/22 + 4/25/22]). A few qualifying entities include 501 (c) 3 non-profit status, recognized fraternity/sorority groups, and season engagements.
We've got you covered. These services are offered in a Package Deal or line item "A La Carte" style. NOTE: When selecting the rental option, the purchaser is held liable for any damages the rental property may incur [more details included in paperwork during time of rental]. We strongly encourage the hire of an engineer or technician to alleviate the purchaser of any liabilities that come along with this option.

There is no upfront fee for using our services. Assuming you have initiated the process by completing the Creative Request Form, fees will only be collected as deposits and payments for services rendered upon completion. This will be solidified through the official invoice.
Artists may be contracted as far as a year in advance. We don't have a timeline requirement for rendering a service. If your preferred date is feasible and we are readily available to render said requested service on proposed date(s), we can proceed to invoices and deposits.
So even if the event is the week of? Yes!
The rider is a detailed document with the specific requirements for sound, lighting, band equipment, staging, catering, security, lodging, insurance and more. Some riders may be a single page in length whereas larger corporate events may include up to 40 pages!
These documents may be intimidating but please keep in mind that SMAASH & Company has the ability to offer most of these services within the contract, subsequently relieving you... the Purchaser/Client... of the potential headache that comes along with analyzing a lengthy rider.
